Payment information is never taken by us or transferred to us directly through our website or otherwise.

Credit reference:

To assist in combating fraud, we share information with credit reference agencies through Wix Pay and PayPal, so far as it relates to clients or customers who instruct their credit card issuer to cancel payment to us without having first provided an acceptable reason to us and given us the opportunity to refund their money.


How long do we keep your information?

We will keep information you provide to us only for as long as we genuinely need it. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us. We reserve the right to delete information when it is no longer needed for any of the uses discussed in this Policy.

We do not currently have the capability to recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals. We adhere to the standards set forth in this privacy policy.

If Special Personal Information is collected, it is only used for the purpose intended; to tailor your song order as you have requested.

Complaints regarding content on our website or associated social media pages:

Our social media pages are publishing mediums. Anyone may register and then publish information about himself, herself or some other person.


We attempt to moderate user generated content, but we are not always able to do so as soon as that content is published.


If you complain about any of the content on our website/Etsy Shop and associated social media pages, we shall investigate your complaint.


If we feel it is justified or if we believe the law requires us to do so, we shall remove the content while we investigate.


Free speech is a fundamental right, so we have to make a judgment as to whose right will be obstructed: yours, or that of the person who posted the content that offends you.


If we think your complaint is vexatious or without any basis, we shall not correspond with you about it.


Children’s Privacy (Under the age of 13):

Music Wrapped takes children's privacy seriously and wants children and parents to understand that the Website is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use this Website. Music Wrapped does not permit anyone under the age of 13 to open an account here. Music Wrapped does not seek to collect personal information about children through our Website. If Music Wrapped becomes aware that a person submitting personal information to us through any part of our Website is a child under the age of 13, we delete the information as soon as we discover it and do not use it for any purpose, nor do we disclose it to third parties. Since Music Wrapped does not seek to collect any personal information about children, and delete information collected inadvertently as soon as it is discovered that a child has submitted it, Music Wrapped typically retains no information about children that could be reviewed or deleted. If a parent requests review or deletion of information about their child before Music Wrapped has discovered and deleted the information, Music Wrapped will of course honour that request. Job application and employment:

If you send us information in connection with an application to join our roster of artists, we may keep it for up to three years, in case we decide to contact you at a later date.


If we employ you, we collect information about you and your work from time to time throughout the period of your employment. This information will be used only for purposes directly relevant to your employment. After your employment has ended, we will keep your file for six years, before destroying or deleting it.


Information access and GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.
